Shipping & Returns Policy

We want your Studio Paloma experience to be as smooth and delightful as your new jewelry. Below you’ll find all the details on how we ship and handle returns.

 


 

Shipping

  • Processing time – Orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days of payment. Please note that we operate Monday–Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

  • Carriers & delivery times – We ship via Chit Chats (or equivalent courier for your area). Delivery within Canada typically takes 3–7 business days once shipped.

  • Flat rate – A flat shipping fee of $8 CAD applies to all Canadian orders. All shipments are fully tracked, and your tracking number will be emailed once your order is on its way.

  • Where we ship – We currently ship within Canada.

  • Free shipping – We currently offer free shipping on all orders over $100.

 


 

Returns & Exchanges

  • Customizable jewelry – Because each custom piece is made uniquely for you, all customizable jewelry is final sale.

  • Sale items – All sale items are final sale.

  • Non-custom items – If you purchased a ready-made, non-sale item, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Return shipping costs – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • Damaged or defective items – If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

  • Refund method – Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method or offered as store credit.

 



Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once your order has been shipped and tracking provided, Studio Paloma is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim.
